USA – Internship & Training
PROGRAMM FEES INCLUDED
- CV review, Skype Interview, Final Interview, Processing of offer letter & DS form
- Certificate of eligibility for Exchange Visitor Visa J-1 Status(DS-2019)
- 12months Health Insurance coverage provided by the sponsor organization
- Placement in USA with hotel employer, Training. Internship Plan (Ds-7002)
- J 1 Culture exchange program complete process including acting as liaison with the participant, host and /or
- Sponsor for duration
NOT COVERED IN PROGRAMM FEES
- J 1 visa fees Paid by the Interns/Student at US Embassy
- Ticket will born by Interns/Student from Kolkata- Indian to USA
REFUND POLICY
Global HRD Experts will do everything to facilitate securing an exchange Visitor visa but there is no guarantee that visa will be granted. If the visa is refused then we will refund after deduction of admin expenses. If the visa is refused then original DS form DS 2019 form with refusal letter provided by the US Embassy must be returned to the sponsor organization.
The sponsor will issue GHRDEG partner a credit and we will issue the refund via bank transfer after deduction of our USA admin and GHRDEG admin expenses.
Global HRD Experts will not refund any program fees paid , if any one of the following occurs.
- If the visa is denied at the US embassy due to any criminal offence or false information
- If the participant fails the drug test after arrival in the US
- If the participant decide to return to your home country prior to finishing the entire program
- If the training program is terminated by the employer due to gross misconduct or any other reason
- If travel is cancelled by Interns to US after DS -2019 ( Work Permit) and or J-1 visa has been issued
- If the participant cancelled Embassy appointment due to appointment delays.
- If in the unlikely event that you are not offered an internship /traineeship through GHRDEG within in 6 month of payment then GHRDEG will refund 35% to 40% of total amount after admin deduction.
Internship in Australia & New Zealand
The Hotel Internship in Australia ( Hospitality Internship Program) are paid programs oriented to those who have studied Hotel management OR Culinary Arts and who have relevant experience in the industries. The position are available in F& B , Front Office and Culinary Arts and could be for 6, 9, 12 months

After 2 years candidate can apply for PR
REQUIREMENT
- Age 18-30 years old
- To be currently enrolled in the University (last semester ) or recently Graduated ( no more than 1.5 years after graduation
- Upper Intermediate to Advance English level
- At least 6 months of recent working experience in the position you want to apply and in restaurant /hotels of category 4/5 star (fulltime employment of about 30 hrs per week).
PROGRAM DETAIL
- Duration 6, 9, 12 months
- Available all over Australia
- Full time employment
- Paid Position
- 4 & 5 Star Hotels and Resort in International Hotel chain (Hilton, Intercontinental, Stamford, Hyat Regency, Radisson Blue, Hilton , Quay West Marriott, Langham Mercure , Novotel , Sofitel etc.)
- Candidates must be 100% flexible with the location (capital cities , medium size Islands etc.)
- Application process s, it takes about 5 to 6 month depending on the types of visa of the candidates.
INFORMATION ABOUT SALARY AND POSITION
All the position are entry level (cook, waiter, receptionist etc.)and all are paid according to the scales of the Australian Government and according to the qualification and skills of the candidates and also to the city where the job takes place. All Interns will get minimum 30 hrs per week however there are many who work 38 to 40 hrs weekly.
SALARY DETAIL
- F & B AU$ 14 – AU$ 18 per Hours
- Waiters AU$14 – AU$16 per Hours
- Receptionist AU$15-AU$19 per Hours
- Culinary Arts AU$ 14 –AU$19 per Hours
Stipend Approximately AU$ 1900 per month
ACCOMODATION
- If requires we can also assist you with the accommodation

- Within the Hotel/Resort-cost deducted from the salary

VISA OPTION
- Training and Research Visa (402): valid for candidates of all nationality and is processed by the Sponsor in Australia
- Working Holiday Visa (WHV) : Valid for certain nationalities.
- Processing Time Frame:
- The candidate must start processing the documentation between 5 to 6 month before the expected start date
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM FEES
- Assistance to the participant to choose to best program matching to his profile, revision and guidance to prepare the participants CV according to format from the Australian Sponsor.
- Medical Insurance in case of injuries during the entire program according to the Australian Government requirements
- Video Conference Interview with the Hosting Company (employer)
- Pre-departure orientation before to Australian
- Frequent inspection to the hotel/restaurant run by a team of program manager from the beginning to the end of the program.
- Assistance with Australian Visa.
- Assistance in finding accommodation in Australia
- Participant ‘s manual, with all the required information
- Certificate upon completion of your Internship

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST OF PROGRAM
- Flight Air Tickets, Its not necessary to purchase round trip Air Ticket
- Accommodation and Meal (some hosting companies provide assistance)
- Some pocket money for personal expenses and show money when entering in Australia.

- At least 1 reference letter or performance evaluation from previous jobs
- Copy of your Diploma from Higher Education Institute or University or a Certificates stating that you are a regular student
