Our main goal is to provide the right applicants for the right job at the right time,  First client send us the  Manpower Requirement demand  letter with complete detail  ie JD, Salary, OT, Leave Gratuity, Air Tickets,  No of  Vacancy Etc.

After receiving the Manpower Demand , we start searching  the applicants  through our database, News Paper Advertisements,  Job portal posting, Social Media Advertisements, Head hunting etc.

 

After screening all the suitable candidates CV’s and preliminary interview then we forward the shortlisted selected best CV’s  to clients for the final selection. On the basis of our clients selection, we fix up the final interview with the clients or by our expertise. After final selection we collect all the required documents from the candidates  for the processing the visa formalities

 

Selection Procedures
We always prefer selection of applicant either by personal interview  or practical test to be conducted by the employers or his authorized representative. We arrange  hotel arrangement, transportation and all other logistic support for interview delegation. In case we are entrusted with selection & testing of workers, we normally do it with the help of a team of experts for technical & professional categories under direct supervision of our professional executives.

Medical Check Up
After final selection we send workers/candidates for medical check up by the authorized medical centre of the respective embassies for the country of employment.

 

Application for Visa

We process visa  application of selected candidates in respective embassy as authorized by the employers.

 

Ticketing And Emigration
The employers may send PTA or remit necessary travelling expenses in favor of Global HRD Experts to facilitate as schedule . we obtain emigration clearance from the concerned govt. dept for all the candidates.

 

Orientation Before Departure.
Global HRD Experts provides basic orientation to workers before travelling abroad, workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities while in  abroad. We also provide information about country and its labor laws.
